Heckington Show

Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th July 2018

The Heckington Show is the largest village show in England and is a fantastic family day out, attracting over 30,000 visitors annually. This year it is particularly special as they are celebrating the 150th anniversary.

Set in over 80 acres, the Heckington Show is a hive of activity with scores of tradestands, competitions, displays and attractions.

There is plenty to entertain the whole family – including athletics and cycle races that attract both local and national competition.

Highlights of the Heckington Show include:

  • the Heritage Area – where you can learn all about crafts from yesteryear. It is a hive of activity and there is always plenty to keep the visitor (and their children) entertained.
  • the wonderful dog show – a must for all dog lovers.
  • the donkey show – with plenty of ‘awww’ factor.
  • the food hall – lots of delicious local produce vie with foodstuffs from further afield.
  • the horticulture marquee – fantastic displays of horticulture, art, crafts, baking and floral arrangements.

The spectacular Firework Display & Open Air Concert will be held on Saturday evening. Gates open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.
