Once again the Lincolnshire Farming Conference is returning to the Lincolnshire Showground on the 27th February, 2018. The theme of this years event is ‘Farming in the Future’, and it is taking on a new format.
An exhibition will take place in the morning, which will showcase the latest technology in robotics. Also, there will be breakout sessions with the sponsors of the event, some of which include HSBC, Riseholme College, University of Lincoln, Anglian Water and many more.
In the afternoon there will be a conference that will feature talks from captivating speakers, lots of case studies and one to one sessions with the industry experts. It is shaping up to be a great event.
10am: Exhibition opens and Show & Tell begins
12pm: Buffet lunch
1pm: Introduction from Robert Borill, Chairman
1.15pm – 2.45pm:
Hands free hectare – Kit Franklin, Harper Adams University
Robotic technology for the field – Nigel Trevarthen, Garford Farm Machinery

4.30pm: Robots in the food sector – Mike Wilson, ABB Ltd
5pm: Conference ends, Impact Group Reception begins and bar opens
